Dosieren von grossen Produktionslosen in kleinere Untermengen

Bei der Herstellung von Massenartikeln wie Schrauben, Bolzen, Muttern, Nieten und Stanzteilen wird an die Qualität der Teile hohe Anforderungen gestellt. Gleichzeitig kann nur über Fertigungsverfahren wie Mehrmaschinenbedienung, Geisterschicht etc. eine kostengünstige Produktion der Teile erreicht werden.

In case of mass-produced articles such as screws, bolts, nuts, rivets, and stampings high quality standards need to be satisfied. At the same time, the parts cannot be produced at favourable costs but by way of methods such as multiple-machine work, unmanned shifts, etc.
Die besonderen Vorteile:
  • Fertigungsmenge wird in kleinere Lose unterteilt zur einfachen SPC - Prüfung
  • Produktion in Geisterschicht oder mit reduziertem Personal. Die Qualitätskontrollen können zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt vorgenommen werden, wobei die tatsächliche zeitliche Produktionsfolge der gemessenen Proben berücksichtigt wird.
  • Reduzierung des Ausschusses, da im Fehlerfall eine geringere Vermischung von Gut- und Schlechtteilen auftritt.
Particular Advantages:
  • Production is subdivided into smaller lots for facilitated SPC control.
  • Production in unmanned shifts (Ghost shift) or with reduced staff. Quality controls may be effected at a later date taking into account the actual sequence of production of the samples to be inspected and tested.
  • Reduction of rejected materials, since in case of problems there will be hardly any mixing of acceptable and nonconforming parts.
Durchnumerierte Behälter erleichern die Identifizierung von Teilpartien und regelmässige Qualitätskontrollen. Numbering of containers allows tracing of sub-batches and to execute periodical dimensional controls.
Durch Kippen der Behälter lassen sich diese leicht entleeren; das Öl kann durch den perforierten Boden in den darunterliegenden Auffangbehälter ablaufen.
Containers overturning allows complete unloading of parts. Punched bottoms allow oil drainage and collection in the lower tank.
Das Weiterschalten auf den nächsten Behälter wird durch Prozessüberwachungsgeräte ausgelöst oder über einen an der Maschine angeschlossenen Zähler. Über einen Druck-taster lässt sich der Dosomat auch manuell steuern. Rotary control is effected by process monitoring units or by a counter connected with machine tool.
