There is not a lot of white space left on the BRANKAMP service map, and an eleven employee-strong service team is deployed alone from the company headquarters in Erkrath (North-Rhine Westphalia/Germany). They travel around 420,000 kilometers annually during customer-service – equalling a distance of travelling almost seven times around the planet.
In Germany, the service crew is supported by four national service support stations. Internationally, BRANKAMP has 43 agencies, as well as subsidiaries in Italy and the USA. Thus, the ProcessMonitoring specialist is represented around the world. Its on-site presence and employee experience make BRANKAMP a strong partner. The BRANKAMP service experts will find solutions within just a short period of time - no matter whether for customers in Spain, China, Africa, Australia or the USA.
