The electronic interval counter. Universal application.
Applications

The BRANKAMP INTERVAL COUNTER is an universal digital counter for multi-spindle automatic lathes and other production machines. It is particularly suitable for the administration of tool life quantities and for monitoring inspection and maintenance intervals.

Functionality

It is possible to activate up to 24 counters and allocate them to the relevant tools. For each counting impulse, the actual amount counter is incremented and the set colume counter is decremented. If the set counter amount is reached, then a signal is emitted, if required, and the machine is stopped. The INTERVAL COUNTER is therefore a helpful instrument for organised and controlled tool changin. The counter with the shortes processing time is automatically faded in (CRITICAL COUNTER).

The device is simply to operate and can also be adjusted for older machines.
The Display
The CRITICAL COUNTER is the next counter to finish. The time left is displayed. With the cursors one can call up other counters, all sorted by the time left.

Every counter can be seperated. "A" means, that the counter is active and will stop the machine when finished, while "I" means, that the machine will not be stopped when the counter reaches it's limit.
